Brain.

A second brain that learns from how I think — so future me, and future Claude working for me, don't have to re-litigate the same decisions.

It captures my preferences, my pushback, my taste, and my mistakes — then surfaces the right one at the right moment, quietly, without being asked.

What it does · three jobs
01

Captures every decision and taste.

When I correct Claude, when I reject a design, when I lock in a price — the brain notices and saves it. As a structured row, not a chat log.

— Currently holds 1491 memories, 155 decisions, 61 thinking patterns.

02

Recalls the right thing at the right moment.

When I start something new, the brain looks at what I've said and decided before — across every project — and surfaces only what's relevant. Vector search, scoped to whichever business I'm in.

03

Learns from its own mistakes.

When Claude gets it wrong and I correct it, the brain extracts the lesson overnight. Next time a similar situation comes up, the lesson is the first thing on the table — not the last.

One Tuesday in March

It reminded me, before I started a pricing call, that I'd argued against per-seat pricing four months ago in a different project.

— that's what it does

— Every project benefits from every project before it.

— The only compounding asset I have.

How it feels

It feels like a chip implanted in my head — except it's a Postgres database with vector embeddings.

The neurons drawn here aren't decoration. Each dot is a memory; each line is a semantic relationship. When an edge flickers gold, a memory is being recalled.
